Why are there no products listed on your store?
Our business structure means we do not hold any stock. We purchase watches as required from suppliers, almost all of which are overseas. With the recent dive of the Australian exchange rate, and it’s continuing volatility, it has become impossible to keep our pricing accurately quoted online.
We are still in business.

Why are your prices are so cheap?
You will usually receive your watch in 5-10 working days. Delivery largely depends on location of stock and of course the customer. If unsure about your area, please contact us for clarification.
A few simple reasons: We keep our operating costs to a minimum; We operate on a high volume / low margin model; And most importantly, we have relationships with many of the top international distributors worldwide who provide us access to very special wholesale deals. All this combined enables us to pass on significantly discounted deals to you with prices that are often below cost for local watch stores.
Are the watches genuine and brand new?
Yes, every watch is 100% genuine and 100% brand new, covered by warranty. Top brands like: Omega, Longines, Gucci, Dior, Hermes, all original, only through FineWatches.com.au you'll get access to far better deals than ordinarily available at any regular watch store.
Do you have a store where I can look at the watches?
No we don't. We have an administration office located in the the center of Melbourne city on Collins Street, and you're welcome to telephone us anytime, but FineWatches.com.au is 100% web based. This is a big reason as to why we can offer such heavily discounted prices as we don't have to deal with the issues and restrictions of a retail store.
You're out of stock of an item I wanted. Will you get more?
Our stocks are limited and often sell out quickly. In most cases we are only able to get a certain quantity of any given item due to the special way we source our stock. Once it's sold out, that's it and we are often unable to get more of the same model again. The best advice is if you see something you really want, jump on it fast as it will not be available indefinitely.
Is my purchase covered under warranty?
Yes, every watch is covered within Australia to the standard of the original manufacturers warranty by FineWatches.com.au P/L. For some warranty work the watch must be returned to FineWatches.com.au.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
I don't have a Credit Card, so is there any other way I can order?
You have the choice of paying by Direct Deposit or Credit Card (VISA or Mastercard). Just select which method you'd like to pay by on the checkout screen once you have selected your watch.
Can I get any further discounts?
Because we work on tight margins and aim to provide an excellent price up front we are unable to further discount individual items. From time to time we offer even further discounts and promotions. Best way to remain up to date on these is to join our mailing list. Many of these discounts are exclusively offered to our mailing list members.
