Condition: Excellent. This piece saw only minimal wear on special occasions by its original owner prior to being consigned to Fine Watches for sale. The case does not show any marks or scratches, and the original IWC brown leather strap bears only minimal creasing from prior wear which will adapt to its new owner before long.

Description: The Pilot’s watch range from IWC is an iconic design which fares just as well with evening wear as it does in more casual, or indeed working environments. This version, with a bronze case, deep green face and gold coloured hands and creamy markers at 12, 3, 6 and 9, gives the watch a distinctly “military watch” vibe, especially with its unique bronze oxidisation.

The case shows a consistent darker grey/greenish patina all over. This is common to this model from IWC other than when brand new, or regularly buffed. The bronze can easily be lightly rubbed to remove the patination and will return to it’s original colour if required, but we love the look these get with a bit of ageing.

The watch is supplied with full IWC Warranty until March of 2030.
